  Excellent service and knowledge on their stoves, with lots of options to choose from. Greg Paul was very freindly and we got a great price on a Blaze King wood insert. Best insert ever in my opinion. The install was done in a timely manor and done right all the way to the clean up. We are loving life now, with the long burn times and its super efficiency. Our house is always warm, and we have already seen savings in our heat bills with the nasty winter we have had thus far. We highly recommend Avon Stove & Fire Place and the Blaze King line....Enjoy!

  About a month ago I stopped in the store and spoke to the owner about servicing my propane fireplace. He said they were pretty busy but he would put me on the schedule. He said they would take care of me in about 10 - 14 days. Two weeks came and went and I heard from no one. So, I called and left a message with no response. A couple of days later I called again and left another message, again with no response. So, before the snow flies I had it done by another company who was there in 3 days. I would think real hard about using these guys.
